Peter Webb set up Pentangle MB Ltd as an alternative to main dealers.

Peter is a fully trained Mercedes-Benz qualified diagnostic technician with over 15 years of experience with a local Mercedes-Benz main dealer, and with an extensive range of Mercedes-Benz technical training certifications.

He recognised that the high price of servicing from main dealerships was becoming an issue for many owners, and launched Pentangle MB to help customers cut the cost of maintaining their Mercedes-Benz but without compromising on quality. Peter has expanded into providing the same combination of dedicated care and fair pricing for Saab vehicles.

Julie Ben-Nacer

Service Advisor

Julie has been with Pentangle since 2010 and brings with her many years of experience of being a Service Advisor for Mercedes-Benz. Julie understands what you need as a customer, and will work with you to ensure entrusting your car to us is worry-free. Julie receives regular praise for her expertise, her ability to frequently diagnose common problems over the phone and her determination to help make things easier for customers.

Michael joined Pentangle MB as a service advisor in 2014. After years of owning his own bodyshop that was Mercedes-Benz & Saab approved, he has developed an enviable reputation for his expert knowledge, and willingness to spend time talking with customers to enhance the service we offer.

Mercedes-Benz Diagnostic Technician

Dennis Joined Pentangle MB Ltd in 2015 bringing with him a wealth of Mercedes-Benz knowledge after working on Mercedes-Benz for the last 30 years. His level of experience has allowed him not simply to become an expert technician – it ensures that he can provide the answers when other technicians find problems they are unable to deal with themselves.

Temporary Cover for Service Advisors and Collection / Delivery
Peter provides cover on the front desk as a service advisor whilst other staff are on holiday. Pete has excellent customer service skills and is very good at listening to the customers and relaying the information to his colleagues.

Peter is also very good at explaining and talking through the work required to the customers.

Peter also carries out the collection & deliveries along with the service washes in busy periods and staff holidays.
